Thanks, a quite useful article. Among completely free PHP IDEs I definitely prefer Netbeans, and sometimes Eclipse.

If you want to try out a commercial product and develop open source projects, Zend has a program to support the community by providing Studio free of charge. All you have to do is apply for it.
