Hi all!
Sorry for my bad English!
I use Windows server too. I had replaced getmxrr.php with this function and now all working properly but only for my local mail server (I have a private server with web and mail servers). For all other emails I get:

Resolving host name "gmail.com"...
Connecting to host address "64.233.161.83"...
Failed.

Where can I find the problem?

I was told that GetMXRR function is implemented on Windows starting PHP 5.3 . The final version is not yet released, but you may want to consider upgrading when it is available.

Hmm, my PHP is 5.0.4, I will think about upgrade but this don't give me answer why all functions work for local domains.
