First good job. I have a question.I need access some cols and rows in my xls file, how i can do this?

In fact, I would like to access all of the line by a research.

I have a xls that the first column has the value of the year (2011) and the second column in the correct month, knowing that I want to access the data of the following columns.

In this link u cam see i talk about. I like to access the gray area.
