When a user download some class of this site the user must be download one by one the class dependencies or this dependencies are inside .zip file?

It depends. Some dependencies are not mandatory. They can be just used to benefit from specific features.

If you need the dependency classes, you need to download them individually, but sometimes the authors include copies of the dependency class files in their packages.
