bugs.phpclasses.org is probably an old sub-domain, but there is a link to it on the site map. It is failing to connect to the database. I would have reported the bug there, but.... :)

Yes, there was a bug report application on that page but since it was based on Bugzilla written in Perl, it was hard to maintain and it was not integrated with the site accounts.

So I have decided to not enable it. I just forgot to remove the sitemap link. I have removed it now. Thank you for reporting.

1 Congratulate you with new design! Is very nice.

2 From Czech Republic EU the every browsers except Tor shows 404 for both urls (www.phpclasses.org and http://phpclasses.org)

JSclasses open as before good.

Hello.
I've the problem with every browsers (including NetscapeNavigator) except Tor.
Problem: "The server not found"
Problem began: last week (about 17/01/2016)
Browsers: Chrom, FF,O,Avant.
Browsers work propertly: all other urls except www.phpclasses.org
Problem avoid: browser Tor (FF used own private net)

That should be a problem with your Tor connection because the site accessible normally.
